They got me several hours going around the same initial price and lease conditions, The went back and forth. After two and half hours, the Sales Manager came into scene and gave us a great discount: USD 10 price and lease conditions, The went back and forth. After that, they tried to withdraw some accesories from the car in order to decrese the monthly payments which we obviously rejected. Believe it or not: almost after three hours sitting there, another so called manager came into the conversation with no good manners and offered to keep the accesories but increasing the monthly payment. After three hours, all what we receive was a discount of USD 7.- per month! Does GALPIN HONDA need two managers and three hours to get a discount of USD 7.-/month? Absolutely absurd. My experience at Galpin Honda was overall very enjoyable, which is not something I ever thought I would be saying about the process of buying a car. I went into Galpin Honda with an idea of what I wanted and what I could afford, I thought I would be getting an older car with higher mileage, I mean I had been checking cars out for sometime before going to Galpin Honda. I informed Junior of what I was looking for exactly, what I could afford, and that I would basically be trading my car in. Unlike pushy sales people I have dealt with in the past, Junior listened to me and was so personable, and hold on to your pants, he seemed pretty dang honest. On our way out to check out the best cars ever... Hondas, Junior stopped and introduced me to the Used Cars Sales Manager, Phil, which is not something that other sales people have done elsewhere. I could tell this was a warm and welcoming group of people who honestly care about their customers and meeting their needs and want. When Junior was showing me the cars that would fit what I wanted and needed, he went over everything about the car and in the car as well as answered all of my millions of questions AND he did not rush me into making a decision. I test drove the car I really wanted and it came down to two civics, one had a little edge over the other on me, but I was not sure if it was going to fall in my price range. Junior knew I really liked the 2012 Civic so he worked with Phil, the Used Car Manager, and after working the numbers with me, some FREE coffee, water, and dinner for my significant other and I, they made it work better than I had imagined. They topped off the gas tank and my first oil change is free-ninety-free!! Junior has sent me a card and has called me a few times just checking in to make sure I like my car, he told me to call him if I ever have any questions. WOW!! where can I start. First of all my husband and I have been car-less. My husband forgot to get an oil change and I have not had a car in about a month.
