I had a horrible experience with my previous purchase at one of the Toyota dealerships. I must admit that it was also my fault because I was so in a rush into buying a car that I didn't even play close atte one of the Toyota dealerships. But when you're buying something from a very trustworthy friend, you don't think they'll do any harm. WRONG! Ive been struggling for almost two years on my car payment and every time I to used try and get help from the same person I once bought the car from, I got turned down or get excuses.. Telling me that I will save more money if I lease a Toyota Prius for only 790 a month?? I got to a point that I wanted to cry and I wasn't happy anymore. So I went online and checked out Honda galpin as a last resource... Front the moment that I started chatting online with a representative, I started feeling a sense of relief and understanding. I felt that they were actually listening to me. Michelle was the one that contact me and from then on every for better and better. I drove in and parked my car and a very nice man by the name of Hector Estrada walked me to the dealer's entrance and gave me a bottle of water to calm myself out. I was looking so sad and disappointed because I thought that my case was pretty much impossible. Then Josh Lubeck came up to my table were I was sitting and sat down and heard my entire story. He even shared a personal story letting me know e understood what I was going through. I gotta say that Josh Is the Man! He did everything he could to get me out of my situation until he did. I wanna thank him for being so awesome and patient at my time of need... I was so close to crying my heart out. I will definitely be sending people to him. I want to thank him for helping me breath again and for helping me purchase a car that I feel proud and happy driving in. Also, last but not least, the young lady in the financial department. Sam went to bat for me in negotiating the price with his manager on my behalf. Thanks to Sam we were able to come to a fair price agreement for both sides.
