Throughout the car leasing process, he was very attentive – he took me on a test drive, started our paperwork, helped find the color of the car I wanted, explained how to operate all of the car’s features, set up my phone onto the car’s Bluetooth, and finally handed the keys off to me at the end. He also went above and beyond the general standards of customer service by giving us some suggestions on how to sell our current car.
