I went into Galpin Honda on December 10th just to look and met Nareck Havluciyan, Honda sales person. I was interested in the 2014 Honda Accord Touring. We walked in just asking prices and Yusuf immediately made us feel at home. We started on a lower end model and three different cars latter arrived at the car of choice. At first we wanted the basic but he really took the time to explain why things like Gap insurance was necessary. He painted a methodical approach and really worked with us every step of the way. It was like going to the doctors office and all your results where thoroughly explained therefore you walk out with a sigh of relief. We walked out feeling like customers for life. I was in the market for an upgrade and I went in to the dealership just to window shop. I was apprehensive about buying a new vehicle since I've only always had used cars. Originally, I went it just to look at the used cars and see what deals I could get; give myself a better idea of what was out there. The sales person, Luis Nava, approached me and I told him what my intent was upfront. He didn't hesitate to assist me and answer my questions. He clarified my concerns and he mentioned the pro's and con's of getting a used car versus a new car. Luis fought for the extra deals and after comparing prices the difference wasn't much more, and I opted for the newer car. It's almost Christmas time (call it a gift) haha. I had gone to various car dealerships earlier that day and as soon as I told the salesperson that I was just window shopping, they instantly lost interest in me as a customer and let me browse the cars on my own. Galpin Honda, and Luis, actually eased my car buying process. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good deal and good service. I love my new CR-Z! They even have a Coffee Bean inside the dealership where you can buy snacks and drinks while you peruse. For those that have kids, I saw an area next to the food where kids can play and watch television. Overall, the entire experience was enjoyable. More
