This year, over Thanksgiving weekend, I saw an ad running about the Honda Holidays. I sent her a text at 9 pm. She responds!!! The next day I went in, and she had 2 print-outs of the great deals going, and in less than 2 hours, I was driving my new car out the door. AND, the car came with free oil changes and a year's worth of GuidePoint tracking!!! I go to this place because Tabitha always gives me the BEST deals. But also because I love seeing her!!! She is so lovely and sweet - always asks about me and my family - always attentive to our needs (she wouldn't be selling me a Civic when I have 2 kids). And she is completely knowledgeable about all the new features, and stuff about cars. I absolutely trust Tabitha. It's such a relief to know I don't have to negotiate - that I am getting best lease deal going around, plus some extras. AND, she is super efficient!!!! I just love this place. From the moment I walked in the door I was given the red carpet treatment. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and worked very hard to give me the best service possible. Throughout our test drive he was knowledgable and answered all of my questions, without pressure or heavy handed sales tactics I've come to dread when shopping for a new car. He knew everything there was to know about the Civics, and told me some important facts that would influence my decision. A very kind gentleman whose name escapes me helped with the finance options, explaining everyone in detail and conducting a very pleasant and reasonable negotiation. All the while I was sipping on Coffee Bean fresh coffee and admiring the lovely holiday decorations that made the whole experience extra festive and exciting. I noticed that everyone working at the dealership seemed to be full of positive energy, lending to a genuinely upbeat atmosphere. Micael went over all the final details with us, and answering our questions smoothly processing the final paperwork. Once inside my beautiful new detailed and gassed-up car, Glen Phillips helped me program it and explained every facet of the dashboard I need to know. He even synced up my Bluetooth for me. We first looked up the vehicle we were interested in, Honda Pilot, on the internet, asked for a quote and the response was almost immediate, with email and followup with phone call. When we arrived we were impressed that there was someone to greeting us immediately and Maria was paged and had the vehicle ready for our review. She immediately pointed out that there was a small scratch on the back right fender which she insured us would be taken care of. She was very knowledgeable about the Pilot and handled our purchase in a very professional manner. The vehicle was held for a couple of days for the afore mentioned scratch. The day we choice to pickup the Pilot was Maria's day off, but she choice to come in and meet with us, which we appreciated.
