I had first called to speak to a sales consultant just to get some information, but I was actually interested at the end of the conversation to check out the cars and if they could help me. When I met the sales consultant, he was very professional and friendly, which helped me feel confortble enough to ask all the questions I had. He showed me a few cars based on what I said I was looking for and he seemed very confident in what he was presenting to me. What I liked the most is that he took his time to show me different cars and never rushed me, nor pressured me into a certain car. He was friendly, courteous and gave of a sense of assurance which convinced me into making a deal. He did mention from our initial phone conversation that they have helped people get a car regardless of their financial background. Well he proved it to me as he was able to help me get the car I wanted when I really didn’t think I could.
