I had a very good buying experience at this dealership. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was looking for a large vehicle that could hold 7-8 people. My salesman Joe Mitchell greeted me and my family at the front door and he helped us find a used car that we could all fit in. We were even able to bring the booster seats for the kids just to make sure everything was a correct fit during the test drive. Upon finishing our test drive Joe Mitchell blessed us with some refreshments and helped me iron out the paper work for the vehicle which included KBB information and a Carfax report. Once I had my car, I sped off to work not realizing that I was missing an interior component of the car. I just called up Joe and he had me bring the car in to service. The service guys replaced the component without issue and I didn’t have to pay anything. Thanks to Joe Mitchell for being easy to understand and selling me such a fine ride.
