After my sons had a poor experience trying to purchase an Accord from Galpin just a few day prior I held out very little hope that Mission Hills could turn it around. But thanks to people like Lucy and Alfon Accord from Galpin just a few day prior I held out very little hope that Mission Hills could turn it around. But thanks to people like Lucy and Alfonso my confidence has been restored. As soon as I met Alfonso I sensed something special about him. One individual can make a huge difference and he is living proof. Alfonso was probably the best sales rep I have ever had the pleasure to work with on a car deal. We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord and received a great deal. He answered all of my son’s questions during the test drive. Showed us all the features and even provided us with coffee and lunch as we waited for finance to complete our paperwork. Our finance person was thorough and impressive. He took the time to make sure my son understood the importance of establishing good credit and treated him as an adult. I would highly recommend this dealership and Alfonso to anyone out there looking for a great car at a great value. This part is easy, I knew what I was looking for in a car and narrowed my choices to a Corolla or Civic. I walked into Galpin Honda to test drive a Civic for comparison and liked the vehicle, I talked to the salesperson about my interest and let them know I was also interested in a Corolla and was ready to follow through on a quote I received if we couldn't come to an agreement. The negotiations were simple, a few back and forth conversations sans any theatrics, and I agreed to a price that I felt was fair. I'm rating Galpin Honda a "5" not solely on the fact that I purchased a vehicle but because they didn't resort to any of the shenanigans that would have led me to walk away from the table AND they were equally helpful in my visits after the initial car purchase. The last part is important as I'm likely to do business with them again in the future and don't have a problem recommending this dealership to people I know. More

Alexander was very friendly, he met us in the parking lot and ushered us into his cubicle. He asked if we needed anything to drink, which was very considerate as I had rushed over right after work. Throughout the entire process of buying the car he was more than willing to work with me even though I had changed my mind several times. When I finally decided on everything that I wanted and he wrote it up, we had to wait for the credit manager. Alexander asked if I needed or wanted anything to eat as it was getting late and I hadn't had dinner yet. I thought that this was very considerate and really appreciated the gesture. When we finally got in to see the credit manager,Fay Aminian, she was also very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything and made sure that we understood all the many forms that I had to sign. Even though I spent several hours there after a full day of work, Alexander and Fay made it a very pleasant experience. I just bought a new Fit from Galpin Honda and highly recommend this dealership. Galpin was out of our area but had the exact car that I wanted, no one locally had a manual model in stock. I actually thought we might have to wait for the 2014 model year inventory to be able to buy the right car and was prepared not to purchase at Galpin if the vibe wasn't right but Javier handled our sale and made the entire visit worth the trip. We did have to wait a bit for our car since it was stored in a different lot but I'd read an online review from someone who had that happen so I already knew they keep some vehicles off-site. The gentleman who delivered the car and went over the features was named Glen. This was the first time I've ever had that kind of service and it was pretty cool to have someone do that right before I left the lot with my new car - which I love! More
