I just bought a new Fit from Galpin Honda and highly recommend this dealership. Galpin was out of our area but had the exact car that I wanted, no one locally had a manual model in stock. I actually thought we might have to wait for the 2014 model year inventory to be able to buy the right car and was prepared not to purchase at Galpin if the vibe wasn't right but Javier handled our sale and made the entire visit worth the trip. We did have to wait a bit for our car since it was stored in a different lot but I'd read an online review from someone who had that happen so I already knew they keep some vehicles off-site. The gentleman who delivered the car and went over the features was named Glen. This was the first time I've ever had that kind of service and it was pretty cool to have someone do that right before I left the lot with my new car - which I love! More

After receiving responses from a few dealers, I emailed Tabitha Pennington at Galpin Honda after my boyfriend highly recommended her after buying his car from her a few years ago. She definitely matched my price and even went a little lower than all of the other car dealers! When I arrived, she was super warm and friendly and the process was extremely quick and painless. I honestly was shocked after hearing a bunch of negative stories from my friends and family about all of the hassle that comes with buying a new car. Tabitha stayed true to her quote exactly and we went through the preliminary paperwork very smoothly! Tabitha was very patient and answered all of my questions. After finishing up with the finance manager, Tabitha showed me how to operate all of the features in my car. I was really happy with my car. It had just recently been shipped to the dealership and only had 5 miles on it! I seriously could not have asked for a better car buying experience! More
