I have been in a need for a fuel-efficient car after calculating the commute I am going to be making to school this coming semester! Hence what led me to find Galpin Honda. Before I made the trip out there, I was in contact with Erik Marton from the Internet team, and he assisted my boyfriend and I. He had given us price online that we were more than happy about so we decided to make the trip to the dealership. Once we arrived there, we were approached by Erik Marton. Our experience from that point on was excellent! This is just simply an amazing dealership with exceptional customer service. The staff and every member of the Galpin team were so polite and courtesy which is exactly what I look for in my car buying experiences. This would be my third car so I have dealt with other salesmen who have truly made the experience a regrettable one. For ONCE in my life, while buying a car I actually felt like I was being consulted on which car to buy as opposed to being forced into something which is why I purchased from him. Credit is due where it is deserved and his customer service quality and work ethic is truly appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you Erik! You were truly awesome and when it's time to buy my nephew his car, you are definitely going to be the only person I will feel confident in buying a car with! More

Let me just start by saying I've never felt more like royalty. And I couldn't have been luckier to meet Joe Uphoff. Everyone in the dealership is extremely friendly and patient, especially Joe! He promised from the minute I met him that his mission was to get me to leave that day with a smile on my face. As he did!
