This is the 2nd car we've purchased from Galpin Honda in the past two years. Back in 2011 we were in the market for new Honda Fit and after receiving less than stellar service from a local dealer we in the past two years. We were so happy with the excellent level of service from Tabitha and Galpin Honda that I knew we would be back. I had been tracking preowened Civic GX's for a couple of months on the various auto search websites and the 2011 CPO Silver GX at Galpin Honda was the nicest I found. After watching the price drop I finally called Tabitha Pennington and we were able to negotiate a mutually agreeable price over the phone. Later that evening we drove down and test drove the car. It didn't take long before we had our loan approval thru Honda Financial and we signed all the necessary paperwork. Having not been familiar with the fueling process of a natural gas vehicle, Tabitha was kind enough to get a service technician and the four of us visited the nearest CNG station and we were shown the simple fueling process of a natural gas car. Tabitha had the car cleaned and filled up during the signing process and we were out of the dealership before the sun had set. I would happily recommend anyone looking to purchase a Honda to visit Galpin Honda first. They are also recommended by AAA. More

Fortunately, we were connected to Dennis Tae from Galpin Honda by calling to the dealership and and we purchased Accord LX at the best price and under excellent finance condition. Actually, at that point, we were tired of visiting two more dealerships nearby in advance and negotiating with them as it was difficult to trust the price suggested. However, at Galpin, we experienced a different attitude of dealer, Dennis, who was straightforward, very efficient and honest. As a result, it took us only 2 days to decide and get the car we wanted. Also other co-workers helped us efficiently with paper work and we had an impression that Galpin has a good working environment. Worked with Edison, who was very forthright and attentive. No games played, which was nice. My only quibble and this wasn't with Edison, the paperwork part took FOREVER.
