Having done much Honda research online, looking at all the Honda dealerships around town, my family and I decided on and made our way into Galpin Honda and met Nannette, who came highly recommended. A few months later, and our family has bought a total of three cars from Nannette and Galpin Honda (Civic, Accord and Odyssey). First off, Nannette is the sweetest, most down-to-earth salesperson, who isn't pushy at all. She truly wants to find the car for you that will fit your needs, and she does her best to make sure that your entire car shopping experience is a positive one. She's patient, giving you as much time as you need looking at the cars, test-driving the cars, going over particulars, discussing all the possibilities, and just talking about anything you have concerns about. Nannette is the perfect person to have by your side when you're buying a car. She's very knowledgeable about Hondas and cars in general. Not only can she answer ANY question you have, she'll teach you new things you wouldn't be able to learn from a manual. She told me all about the new features I had never heard of, told me how to use the paddle-shifters in my Accord Sport, told me about the HondaLink app for my phone, told me about all the accessories I was interested in, and all the while she treated me like a friend. During one of the purchases, we came in after dinnertime and since we didn't want to be held up for too long after the purchase, she made sure that we were placed at the front of the line to get our paperwork done, and even though it was really busy that night, she was willing to clean the car herself to speed up our wait time (the service department was really busy, as well). Because I wouldn't allow her to do that, she convinced the dealership to set an appointment when we can come back with the car to have it washed and detailed. With so many people coming and going from Galpin Honda, there's a reason why--no one dreads going to this dealership. The doormen and receptionists are great, the entire staff in the service and finance departments are great, everyone is extremely friendly, and service never takes more than it needs to (which is often the case with other places). For our Odyssey, Nannette drove all the way to Oxnard to bring back the model we wanted, the only one available in the whole state of California. With customer service like that, there's no way you can't trust her, and there's no one else you would want to help you with your car buying experience. She goes above and beyond, and that's exactly the kind of person you want when getting a new car. Plus, at the end, Nannette sends you off with a sweet treat! I came across a mom who had just bought a car for her recent high-school grad, and she also agreed that Galpin Honda had spectacular service, as she had been to a few others that really sucked. You can't go wrong with Galpin Honda, and surely with Nannette Ballesteros! More

I normally don't do this but a friend of mine recommended me go to this dealer and so I did. The Sales person Tabitha was the sales person to my friend and just like his experience, by far the b recommended me go to this dealer and so I did. He went out of his way to get us an awesome deal & we actually ended up buying a Pilot Touring for the price of an EX. This is definitely the place to go if you want to receive excellent service from an honest, fuss free group of professionals & want to go home in a car you love. I went in on the 4th of July to look for a new car. My sales rep, Chris Sandoval, had already done all of the leg work for me. There were no surprises, his word was his word and I was out within an hour. This was by far the best car buying experience of my life and I would never go to anyone besides Chris ever again. The whole Galpin Honda team did an amazing job from start to finish, got me a great price, I earned money on my trade-in (when does that ever happen?!) and lowered my monthly payments with little out of pocket.
