On July 4, 2013, I leased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Galpin Honda. My son and I walked in and were attended to right away. He knew exactly which vehicle best fits my needs and did not try to sell me a more expensive car just to make more money. I appreciate his honesty and sincerity. In addition, he personally delivered the car to my house just to prevent me from waiting longer at the dealership since my particular Pilot was not ready at the time. I do not think I could’ve found such outstanding customer service anywhere else. Overall, my experience at Galpin Honda was very pleasant. I am happy with my lease, the car runs great and its features make driving a lot more convenient. Thank you for your business. Finally, my brother-in-law convinced me my experience would be different at Galpin so with reluctance, I finally drove over to Galpin. From that moment on, my opinions about dealership car buying began to change…. From start to finish I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, care and personalization provided to me. I do my research and I like to get into the details and the sales rep responded accordingly. I didn't feel rushed, I ended up with a great price, and most importantly I felt no buyer's remorse after it was all over.
