With today's consumer taste, the supply of mass produced manual transmission cars with decent options is scant. With that, my search for a 2013 Honda Fit Sport (manual) in a Polished Metal color re produced manual transmission cars with decent options is scant. With that, my search for a 2013 Honda Fit Sport (manual) in a Polished Metal color resulted in two dealerships in the area. I read up on dealer reviews and decided to travel further for Galpin Honda since the ratings were excellent. The competing dealer (G.o.u.d.y. Honda) which was closer to me had horrendous reviews. My purchase experience was easy since: 1. Internet sales emailed me a price prior and Galpin honored it when I presented the email. 2. I was pre-qualified on a loan but Galpin matched so I financed through them. 3. Geoffrey Janolo a.k.a. Geo was polite, welcoming, professional, and eager to please. I suggest using him for future purchases from this dealer. Only negative was the waiting time for finance. In my past experiences, Longo Toyota of El Monte and Sage KIA of Downtown LA were faster. I think it took an hour longer at Galpin for whatever reason. Otherwise, I highly recommend this dealer. More
