I'm rating Galpin Honda 5 out of 5 stars on all ratings simply due to the salesperson Alexander Tumasov. While other dealerships/ salespersonnel tell you that they are giving you the best they can ratings simply due to the salesperson Alexander Tumasov. While other dealerships/ salespersonnel tell you that they are giving you the best they can give, none of them has ever made me feel like a friend rather than just a source of income. Alexander not only tries to address all of your questions or concerns but also provides his cellphone number after the sale to allow you to contact him regarding any issues or concerns you may have after you've bought a car from him. Regarding follow-ups for any issues, Alexander actually walks you to the appropriate person who can help you with specific concerns instead of pointing you to a direction and telling you to look for Mr./Mrs. Someone. Alexander also gets to know his customers well, you wont feel like all he's there for is to take your money and make you take a car away from the lot. Previous car buying experiences felt like you were being rushed to sign everything so they can make the sale while Alexander on the other hand makes the experience feel like just hanging out instead of rushing to push you into a vehicle. Alexander addresses concerns in a way that you won't feel left hanging in the air. Aside from walking you to the person you need to deal with, he stays with you to learn of your concerns whether or not he can help you with that concern. My fiancé and I had been car shopping for months and only by chance we ended up at Galpin Honda on Laurel Canyon. We live in Santa Monica and so we only looked locally, but when my sister and brother pu only by chance we ended up at Galpin Honda on Laurel Canyon. Yusuf was recommended and he was great. Yusuf was attentive and not pushy at all. He listened to our wants and needs and was extremely patient with me because I am picky and super indecisive. He made us feel like he was genuinely concerned with our happiness and didn't try to pressure us into buying. We've been to so many dealerships and this one was the only one that treated us like people and not like dollar signs. We did end up purchasing our new CR-V at the lowest price we've seen with all of our shopping around. I am notorious for buyer's remorse, but I am so in love with my new car. Yusuf is awesome and when you go to this dealership ask for him by name, you won't be disappointed! The dealership itself is huge and there are so many cars on the lot. It is also in a perfect location for test driving because it is right off the freeway so you can hop on and hop off of it when going for a test drive, which was really important to me because I have to commute to work. I appreciated the fact that I was able to experience how the car handles the freeway. More

Easiest purchase of a new car! Chris was easy to talk to, cut straight to the chase, and gave us an awesome deal. I have recently visited galpin honda as my friends all went and bought from there and so highly recomended Brooklyn Maaliki and Galpin for their service. But when I got there i was about an hour and a hal went and bought from there and so highly recomended Brooklyn Maaliki and Galpin for their service. But when I got there i was about an hour and a half ealry for my appointment. I didnt know that brooklyn was coming in on his day off. I bought the car just two days later and i was very happy with Brooklyn. i must have went to every dealer but if it was not for him coming to pick me up from work and and spending time with me to show me the car and give me respect then he would be just like the other sales guys in the other dealer.
