Called here on a whim one Saturday afternoon looking for a used Honda Element. Got a quick response from Alexander Tumasov saying that they just got one in but wasn't ready to be shown. Stopped on by anyway just to see what else they might have and Alex offered to drive us down to the holding lot, which is about 10 minutes away, to check out the fresh trade (decent price, great mileage). He happily drove us back and forth for half the day looking around for other options and arranging a test drive. He had the best demeanor, wasn't pushy and tried to lay everything out in the open up front. Came back 3 days later once the car was cleaned and he made the purchase quite simple and painless. Even showed us some card tricks while waiting for the final paperwork to be drawn up. Thanks again! Knocking off one star on quality of work ONLY because the guys doing the presale cleaning/detailing missed a ton of Ruffle and McDonald Fry bits in the nooks and crannies. More

On 2011 my father and I purchase our very first Honda car at Galpin Honda, Alexander T. who first sold me my first new car and trade in my dads car for a new one did an OUTSTANDING job. He has been the most kind, grateful, and friendliest person ever. After our amazing experience we referred one of my aunts and uncle there, they got the best deal and had an awesome experience as we did with Alexander. Now me being 22 I see new things on cars and I want to have that on mine, but than again who doesn't? Lol. So just yesterday January 19 went and trade in my old Honda Civic 2011 for an all new 2013 (same model) Alexander who is an amazing person of course help me. Gave me a great deal, and since he is so friendly while my dad and I were waiting on our paper worked showed me the new card tricks he had learn. I just couldn't be happier. Later we head out to sign my contract got even a great deal only future car services. Richard you are cool man. I was hesitant to purchase another car so soon but decided to give it a shot anyway. I went in looking for a used car as I was pre-approved by my credit union. The selection for used cars was adequate, but being end of year, I could not find a car I wanted. I worked with the same Sales Rep Brooklyn... If you purchase a Car from Galpin Honda ask for Brooklyn. He is friendly, attentive, fair and will work hard for you as the customer. This was my experience with him when we purchased our first car in November 2012 and again for the purchase of my second car. Buying two Brand New cars with in a month of each other is not easy, but Brooklyn was able to get both deals done... While my second deal took longer to complete, Brooklyn made it happen with the help if his Management Team. I was able to purchase a 2013 Honda Accord Sport... Loving the Car and this from a formerly very Loyal Toyota Owner (8 New cars purchased). Brooklyn service and Galpin Honda's willingness to work with me and make the deals happen converted me to a Proud Honda Owner. I would highly recommend you at least talk to them before purchasing your next car. Like in everything else there is always some compromise, but at least in my experience with the purchase of my two cars.
