While I have bought a number of new cars, I do not enjoy the "process" of negotiating the purchase. The back and forth haggling over new car price and trade in value is tiresome and unrewarding. This time, I encountered a very pleasant and seemingly honest salesman who made this purchase easy and satisfying. We did negotiate over a deal, but I found Alex Tumasov was the consummate professional. He was friendly and outgoing. He was straight forward during our negotiations and I felt he was not just interested in making a deal, but was willing to be fair and candid. I believe we arrived at a very fair deal and was rewarded with a great new car. Thanks Alex for going the extra mile. More

When I first arrived to Galpin Honda I was immediately welcomed by Lem Pascual. Lem was extremely patient and helpful. I really felt that he cared about my experience and in making sure that I ended up with a car that I was absolutely certain about. He made this, what normally is a draining and frustrating experience, such a great one! We had a lot of fun. I ended up landing in a 2012 CR-Z and I AM IN LOVE!! I couldn't be happier with my choice!! Lem is a unique salesman. In the sense that he feels more like a friend helping out than some car salesman just trying to get a sale. I will recommend this dealership to others and I will definitely be sending them all to Lem so they too can have a great car buying experience!! More

Alex was eager to help, very informative, always friendly and never pushy. He didn’t mind taking a lot of time showing me the different options on the Honda CR-V, and even took me to the Mazda lot when I wanted to compare it to the CX-5. When I really couldn’t make up my mind, he never rushed me. He just helped me weigh the different choices. It felt like he was a friend helping me buy the right car, rather than a salesman trying to sell me something. I needed to contemplate the decision overnight. Alex even picked up my trade-in from my house the next morning, and took it to the dealership to be appraised, which saved me a lot of time. A car purchase is a huge decision, and I was very nervous about it, but Alex made the whole experience much more relaxing and fun. He’s a real professional who also has a great sense of humor and a lot of patience. I dreaded all the paperwork as well, but Maritza made things much easier and not at all intimidating. I had done enough research to know what I wanted to pay and the financing I qualified for, so there was no haggling about the price. He handled my aunts deal with ultimate integrity, went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my aunts financial requirements, deal and extras. My aunt had gone to two other Honda dealerships before having the good fortune to happen upon Galpin Honda. Even after the sale, if we have any concerns, questions, or bring it buy the service dept not understanding how things work on the car, these guys go the extra mile with a smile. I am so grateful to have a car dealership I can say has earned my trust. My lease was up on my 2011 Honda Accord which I loved, so I was looking for something new, great gas mileage, affordable in these hard economic times and another car I would love to spend a lot of time in. My trade in had plenty of dings & small damages and I was way over my mileage allotment, I was nervous. I had been talking on the phone to a very sweet woman named Tabitha Pennington to set up a time to come in. When I met her in person she was so friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and I trusted her. But she works for one of the Galpin Motors dealerships, whose name is legendary and reputation impeccable. They also have an amazing restaurant and a Starbucks!! My credit was questionable at best, but they worked with me and I got everything I wanted in a 2013 Civic Sedan with Navigation, Bluetooth, XM Radio, wireless I Phone use, drives great,etc. I ended up very happy with an affordable monthly payment. The color is Kona Coffee and is beautiful. The closer who finalized the lease agreement was Tabitha's husband Ricky. They met at the dealership years ago and got married on the showroom floor, you gotta love it. Ricky was another pleasure to deal with, no hard sell, no stress, worked fast. And Ed Hartoonian the General Manager looks like a movie star and has been extremely helpful on my two leases. This is my second Honda I leased from this Honda dealership and I have referred about 15 of my friends to Galpin for Honda's, Fords, Jaguars and everyone of them was happy I referred them. They even got a Mercedes for a friend of mine at a great deal. Only place I will ever go for my cars. More
