After exchanging e-mails with Brittany and Faye regarding pricing on a couple of cars, I decided to visit the dealership and test drive. I have been dealing with other dealerships closer to my area, but bec pricing on a couple of cars, I decided to visit the dealership and test drive. I have been dealing with other dealerships closer to my area, but because of the relationship I had built with Galpin's employees (and my poor experience at another Honda dealership), I chose this dealership as "the one". Greg was very informative, friendly, and not pushy (the opposite of what you would anticipate from car selling). He helped me choose between a couple of models and helped me research deals that Honda was offering on top of the low price they had quoted me. After signing paperwork, several different employees throughout the dealership checked on my fiance and I to make sure we were okay, and were also offered beverages at their in house cafe. Everyone was friendly, and my car buying experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Galpin Honda above any other dealership. More

My parents and I went to go visit Galphin Honda to check out a new car. Denys Tae helped me pick out a great car for a great price, and he was kind enough to take the time to explain everything to me in English but to also explain things to my dad in Korean. He was incredibly helpful in providing detailed information about the two cars that I was interested in. Denys also was very friendly and made the car buying experience more enjoyable and not the usual hassle that it can be. It's great that Galpin Honda has salespeople like Denys, because he was not pushy at all, and I did not feel that he was pressuring me in any way to purchase a certain car. Rather, he took the time to answer all of my questions, and I was therefore very happy with my overall experience and purchase. Glen helped explain the car features to me before I left the lot yesterday. He did a thorough job and answered all of my questions about different buttons and accessories in the car. I was happy to have had that tutorial before I left the lot-- he even set up the Bluetooth for my cell phone, which was very convenient and useful on the drive home in my new car! Overall, I had a great experience with Galpin Honda, especially because of the individualized assistance I received. We had a great experience. We located this dealer on line when we were searching for a particular car for our daughter. All negotiations were done by phone with him and our daughter was able to pick up the car before she left the area. After she brought the car home we discovered a couple of items that her father felt should have been taken care of and after discussing it with Sofia, Brooklyn called and notified us that it would be taken care of. She loves the car and we would not hesitate to recomment Brooklyn to our friends and family. More
