Just purchased two 2012 Honda Accords during the 4th of July week. Fay Aminian, Internet Salesperson extraordinaire, handled both sales. Although the color we wanted on the second vehicle was sold out and hard to find in the Los Angeles area, Fay and sales manager, Sean Harrison, located it and delivered it when promised. Fay kept in constant contact with me updating me on the progress. She kept her word and didn't make any false promises on price, services or delivery. There were no hidden surprises when we signed the paperwork. The whole process was very pleasant from start to finish. The finance managers, Steve Omar and Dave Godina, were pleasant to deal with, too. They did not try to hard sell us on additional warranties or products. They were prompt, professional and thorough. The Galpin facility is modern, clean and welcoming. The sales area is comfortable. They have free wi-fi, a video game room for kids, and a Starbucks inside the waiting area. I must say, this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever encountered. I highly recommend Galpin Honda to anyone shopping for a car. More

I actually went to Galpin to help my son purchase his first car. As it turned out, I really didn't need to be there to help becasue Matt Jones made the process so perfect. In the end, Matt sold my son a Hodna Civic and my son and I have found the best dealership in LA.
