The environment was friendly and welcoming. I was able to drive off in the exact vehicle I chose and I was able to negotiate the price and payments at exactly the price I desired and requested. I have purchased several Hondas over the years and by far the best experience has been at Galpin Honda and for one reason. Jaime Godina. I enjoy the bartering and barter he did. I did not drive away feeling guilty or depressed or feeling like I did not get the best deal. I am not the most computer savvy person and he patiently explained how to use the hands free device and other options. Just as a side note Mr. Godina dressed professionally in a clean, pressed Honda shirt and acted professionally unlike some of the other sales/management/office staff who dressed in ill-fitting, wrinkled shirts or inappropriate slacks/trousers. I am not an old person, but overall the staff appeared shabby and the female staff had wrinkled, untucked shirts. Ewww. Anyway, I love my CR-V! And I will recommend Galpin Honda to all my friends and co-workers! More

Leased a new Pilot at a very fair price. The whole deal centered on the trade in value for my current car. They originally came back too low on the trade in value, but once I told Ricky what I was looking centered on the trade in value for my current car. They originally came back too low on the trade in value, but once I told Ricky what I was looking for, he gave me close to what I needed to make the deal make sense. It was Memorial day weekend, so the dealership was packed, and the only complaint was that I had to wait around a bit too long to process the final paperwork. My overall rating of Galpin Honda would be an A+. I tend to lease cars for my family about once a year. I have plenty of experience with both good and poor auto dealership service. I recommend that you buy from this dealership. They are a great team of quality people. More

I had the pleasure of being helped by Tabitha, Shawn, Maritza, and Gregory. Tabitha was the one who sold me the car and she went above and beyond in making sure it all went smoothly. For a first time buyer, I was incredibly nervous but they put me at ease and really made the whole experience pleasant. My fiance and I went to the dealership to looks at a used 2006 Toyota Camry, what I though had always been my dream car, Jimmy let me test drive the car and I was very excited about the power the car had. Jimmy then told me that I could be paying the same amount a month on a NEW 2012 Honda Civic. I really did not want to look at the car as I KNEW that the Civic's are tiny. Boy did he prove me wrong. Although it did not have the V6 engine I was looking for I was able to test drive a MANUAL car and fell in love. All the new gadgets and space it had was awesome. We went on a Tuesday and by Saturday the car was all mine. Jimmy was willing to give me what I was looking for; power, payments and even the color I wanted. The one thing I always dread about dealerships is the SALESMEN because they always tend to be pushy and upset if you do not purchase the car after they have helped. JIMMY CHURCH was not like that, AT ALL!!! The next time anyone wants to purchase a Honda I will definitely reccomend them to go with Jimmy; For hospitality, professionalism and character go see Jimmy Church at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills! Alexander was extremely helpful during my first car-buying experience. I was not expecting to purchase a car the day that my family and i came in, however after being aware of the deals going on fo car-buying experience. I was not expecting to purchase a car the day that my family and i came in, however after being aware of the deals going on for mother's day, we decided to buy a 2012 Honda Civic. My mother was the co-signer and had to leave for work during the purchasing process. Alexander graciously went out of his way in order to get the needed signatures, which made the process much easier on my family after the such sudden change of plans. Glen was a great help. I came in simply to look around at used cars with my dad and instead he helped us realize it was a much better deal to go for a new car.
