We had to replace a vehicle relatively quickly, were happy with Hondas, and wanted to try a new dealership. We arrived at Galpin 30 minutes before they were opening on a Saturday to grab something from happy with Hondas, and wanted to try a new dealership. We arrived at Galpin 30 minutes before they were opening on a Saturday to grab something from their cafe, and a manager immediately connected us with Kobe Hernandez before the dealership officially opened for the day. Kobe listened to what we wanted, quickly helped us into a test drive, worked with us as we wanted to look up the ladder from the base model to the top level accord, and hung in there with us as we negotiated a price and payment that worked within our budget. We then worked with finance consultant Veronica Flores who took us through the signing process. Like Kobe, she was personable, down to earth, and listened to what we wanted and didn't want. We also connected over a shared hobby. Overall, a great experience with Galpin Honda. Hopefully we won't have to buy another vehicle anytime soon, but if we do, this’ll probably be the place we will choose. More
