When I went into the dealership to get all paperwork signed he was already waiting for me to test drive the car. Reza was a pleasant and friendly sales person to work with. Edgar asure me they were beating an offer I got on another Honda dealer for trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. When I arrived I filled out the application and asked him not to run my credit until another Honda dealer for trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. When I arrived I filled out the application and asked him not to run my credit until he ensured I was getting what we agreed on. He stated it was already agrred on and not to worry. An hour kater he returned and told me the manager that had approved the offer was not there and the manager available was not honoring the original offer. They waisted my time, and lied to me and to make matters worse they he ran my credit even after I told him not to. worse customers service in any car dealership I have been to. More
