Extremely helpful and solution-oriented! I had a flat tire on my relatively new lease (6 months) and went to Star Mazda in Glendale as it was the closest dealer to me. When they told me I had to pay for a full tire replacement, I called Salvador with Galpin Mazda and he assured me that they would be able to take care of it in some capacity and they did. I got a one-time courtesy replacement tire! They really do their best to take care of you and figure out a solution that could benefit you. Thank you so much! I truly truly appreciate it. More
