Made appointment a week ago to have moonroof shade repaired. Was told that they had the part(s) to fix the problem. Decided to also have the oil changed and tires rotated while the car was in[why not repaired. Was told that they had the part(s) to fix the problem. Decided to also have the oil changed and tires rotated while the car was in[why not save a trip?]. After waiting for the work to be done, I was told that the repair couldn't be done, as the part needed to be ordered. If they knew I was coming for a repair that they said they had the part(s) for, why wouldn't they set it aside for the repair? Why wouldn't they notify me that they used the part(s) for someone else and not waste my time and reschedule? More

Reviewed tire rotation with write up person, rear tires cross to front like it’s shown in 2020 Terrain book, page 328.I left book open to this page on passenger side for mechanic to also see.
