I worked with Joshua Gerycz and he was a total professional. There was no pressure at all to make a deal and he explained everything in easy terms. Brought our new Enclave in this week to get brakes replaced (been grinding and squealing since driving it off the lot) as well as the oil change and tires rotated. Made the appointment the week before replaced (been grinding and squealing since driving it off the lot) as well as the oil change and tires rotated. Made the appointment the week before and were assured all could be done if we left it all day. Dropped it off at 7:30am. Erin was professional and curtious. She then called at 1:30pm to inform us that tires we rotated and oil was changed but brakes were not done as they didn’t have them in stock. We have looked forward to this day since taking delivery of the car. Called in advance to make sure brakes and maintenance could be done on the same visit and then got that disappointing call saying we need to reschedule for brakes. Very disappointing and inconvenient. Not ready to recommend this dealership. More
Review by mechanic states all four tires are at 7/32, but 1 tire was bought last week due to unrepairable nail puncture, so I have zero confidence in this feedback. Were they even checked?
