**BUYER BEWARE** They falsify service repair orders (and certified pre-owed warranties inspections) to fit their narrative. They have mastered being scam artists and have no problem screwing over their cust certified pre-owed warranties inspections) to fit their narrative. They have mastered being scam artists and have no problem screwing over their customers. By the time you’re aware of what has taken place, they already have a response that blames you for the issue. This dealership is not worth the stress or your time. Read all the negative reviews. Take them seriously. They may be “nice” like the positive reviews say until something goes wrong. Then they show their true colors. They are the reason people hate car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Ganley Buick GMC in Strongsville. This dealership does NOT complete their certified warranties (172-inspection) but will check all the boxes as if it was completed then put those vehicles on the lot to be sold. These vehicles have issues and should not be sold to customers but they don’t care because they think you won’t ever find out. John Hopkins, Fixed Operations Director, lies about what goes on in the service department & the repairs needed on your vehicle and Joe Gerycz, the GM, & Chad Bessmer, General Sales Manager, cover for him and everyone else in that place. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from them, record every conversation and write everything down (get copies). It’ll help when you file your complaint with the Attorney General’s Office. I fully expect Joe to try to dispute this review like he has on others, but I'm able to tell you to record conversations and write everything down because that's what I have done. I have John Hopkins stating on a recording that they don't perform the full 172-point inspection (and they're still defending his actions). So again, do yourself a favor and take these negative reviews seriously and stay the xxxx away from this dealership! More
