Don’t trust their multipoint check Bought a 2015 Colorado. Drove it home 50 miles. The rear end starts whining and hear a loud thumping sound when I pull in my drive. They put a brand new rear end in it and replaced a drive shaft. There was a bulletin on these issues. My truck was in the shop for two weeks waiting for parts. When I called to speak to them, I got the “hold please” for ten minutes. Then they said there was nothing they could do about it. Their service department cleared the vehicle for sale. I was told they were all certified techs. I have to question how their techs didn’t pick up on the noises I heard when I got off the highway. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GANLEY!! More

Horrible We have been going to this dealership for years have bought a number of cars form them the last car was a Chevy Equinox that after only having it less We have been going to this dealership for years have bought a number of cars form them the last car was a Chevy Equinox that after only having it less then 4 years it is falling apart. We took it in cause it is still under warranty they would not fix everything that was wrong we were offered to do a trade in for 13K they then changed it to 10K and were trying to but us in a car with a payment to 800 plus. And making it like it was are only course of action they were rude and very unprofessional. More
