An Equinox, approved by the VA, is one of the more reasonably priced vehicles able to do this. We explained our situation at the dealership. We were Not offered a test drive. When warranty came up we were told we could purchase it, not made aware of what was included with the price. Various packages were Not discussed, only the most expensive was presented. Different maintenance packages were presented. When I questioned price I was Impatiently told I should not worry about that because it would be worked into the price. The dealership pulled a Transunion report. It had a lower score than credit karma. The best the dealership could offer with the Transunion score of 692 and 50 percent down payment was 8.50 percent for 75 months. Please take advantage of our experience and shop elsewhere. Everyone, especially disabled veterans, deserve a fair, honest deal. More

Worst experience ever at a car dealership Yesterday we test drove a vehicle and when we returned to the dealership we were told someone had purchased the car while we were driving it. The manager told us it was "our tough luck" that this happened. Our salesman Nathan would not support us and after two hours wasted we walked away without a car. Today I received an email from Nikole in customer service inviting us to return to them and test drive a different car. NEVER have I heard of this type of thing happening! The manager was very smug and rude. We told him that we were going to buy that car and he said, " but you didn't, did you?" and laughed in my husband's face. Needless to say we won't be returning ever. More
