Maikel Carmenati is the best sales rep I've ever had to deal with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and made this an outstanding experience for my wife and I. If you go to this dealership, insi deal with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and made this an outstanding experience for my wife and I. If you go to this dealership, insist on working with Maikel. The ONLY reason I rated the dealership (and price) 4 out of 5 stars is I was originally given a WRITTEN purchase order for $1,500 MSRP. When I wrote back to accept the offer (albeit 3 weeks later), the representative (not Maikel Carmenati) said they could only take $1000 off now since cars were selling so well. I did not appreciate that as I felt a written offer to a serious customer should always be honored. That is how trust and relationships are built. If the dealership isn't going to honor it, they should not put the offer in writing. I could have shopped this written offer around and probably got it matched or beaten, but I did not want to prolong the process. More
