He was straight to the point with his answers and if he did not know something he let me know. He followed up on questions he did not know the answer to in a timely manner. When I wanted to follow up on a specific vehicle he made a point of ensuring he was available or one of his co-workers. I was able to make the commitment and buy the vehicle the same day. I took delivery less than 24 hours later. Overall a great experience. More
