Had been putting off buying a car for our teenage daughter for many months and were dreading the process but Raymond couldn't have made it easier or more pleasant. Right away he listened to our concerns and was very careful and patient explaining what inventory was available and what the differences were between the cars. He was also very honest which was extremely helpful making our final choice. My husband and I had promised ourselves that we would shop around all the dealerships in the area and not buy the first car we saw but our experience was so great that we really didn't feel the need to search any further. We never felt pressured and the negotiation process was excellent - we got a good price with a great warranty on a pre-owned certified Jeep so we have terrific piece of mind.
