That is asinine and pretty sad coming from a well know dealership. Every car I've ever bought, or my family has bought always, ALWAYS comes with a full tank of gas. I believe they still owe me a full tank. More

The customer service of everyone I worked with, especially Lisa and Karl, were a force to be reconned with. The whole entire experience is something every consumer dreams about these days. The process was so easy, and the team was so accommodating, I honestly was waiting for the other shoe to drop, even after my husband and I left with the car. But, here we are the next day and the car runs fantastic and the deal was so great it was like we stole the car, but the cops haven't showed yet :). The great car at a fantastic price is why we loved our buying experience, but Lisa and Karl are why we'll go back again. More

Frankly, Karl had clearly had experience dealing with customers and helping them navigate the potentially difficult landscape of buying a used car.
