Maitentence Made Easy Normally, I wouldn't review a standard maintenance checkup. My oil change was complimentary (part of the my lease deal), and they even checked my tires, filling them up with air. In addition, they did a thorough inspection of all the major points. Christa (the express lane manager) was very good about keeping me informed of everything, and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area while I waited. Exactly what you want in a dealer! I went into the dealership knowing that I needed a car asap but was not willing to deal with the games that car dealers are known for, well this place I went into the dealership knowing that I needed a car asap but was not willing to deal with the games that car dealers are known for, well this place was the ONLY dealer that skipped the games and gave me the best experience. Mike Atkins (our salesman) was quick to greet, show us the cars available and very knowledgeable of the car we were interested in. We took a quick test drive in which he gave us the basics (while not sounding salesy!) We sat down to look at the numbers and he was very straight forward, asked our bottom line and within 20 minutes we came to a great price! I have worked at dealerships before and know how intense and annoying the car buying process can be but Mike was very friendly, and easy to work with! We picked up the car the next day after meeting with Paula (who was just as easy to work with). Overall, better experience than we hoped for! More
