Recently, my family had arrived in town for Graduation weekend, after a long flight and travel day, we were on our way to their hotel and our back passenger side window would not stay up. Frantic, I called the dealership hoping they could see me and they told me to come on in. They were able to fix my window within 2 hours and my family was back on their way. Although, it seems trivial, this was huge as the jeep couldn't have sat in a parking lot of a hotel for the weekend w/ a broken window. I was so grateful that a service professional was available and the part was in stock. It saved the weekend!!! Again, great service like this is why Garavel continues to be our dealership of choice!
