Hi Mike- My Jeep was promised to be ready by 12noon. They also said they'd call me on my cell phone when it was ready. At 12noon, I called service dept. They said they were backed up and needed another 45 minutes for my Jeep. This is not helpful for someone like me with 2 babies/toddlers and childcare. Also, the quote I was given for the 15K service was lower than what the actual bill came out to be. Thank you for your time.

Hi Nina- Thank you for getting back to me. Since we promised that your Jeep would be ready for you by 12 noon we should have made sure that was the case. At the very least we should have called you before your scheduled pick up time to advise you of any issue that would cause a delay (especially with you trying to juggle 2 toddlers and daycare!)I can only apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that I will meet with our service team to find out what happened. We try to be very sensitive to our customer's needs and unfortunately failed in your case. As to the actual bill, I would like to find out why there was a difference between our original quote and the amount you paid, but I need a little more information about you to access our records. We apologized to this customer and assured her it would not happen again. We try to be very sensitive to our customer's needs and respectful of their schedules but obviously failed in this case. We also tried to find out what happened with the customer's bill and why there was a discrepancy between the original quote and the final amount. Unfortunately, without more information from the customer we have not been able to trace the transaction. This is not common practice for us and we would like to know where our process failed.
