Dishonest Mechanics and Excessively Charge for Auto Repair When I wanted to use a coupon for service on an expensive job to repair a JEEP from MOPAR, the dishonest service writer, Keith, stated that he would m When I wanted to use a coupon for service on an expensive job to repair a JEEP from MOPAR, the dishonest service writer, Keith, stated that he would make it more expensive that not using the coupon. He stated that he would increase the amount of hours worked on the car. The hours of work performed on the car is not some arbitrary number, it is actually defined in the Mitchell Standard of Labor especially for a routine maintenance job that I was billed for. I would stay away. They are dishonest and will try to scalp the customer for every dollar they can. More

Great Customer Service I came in to get an oil change without making an appointment (the website said that an appointment was not required). Apparently, that was no longer true and the website hadn't been updated, but Rob took me right in. He was extremely nice and understanding about it.
