When you entered our dealership we handled you with care like we approach all of our new customers. It appears that the dealership who sold you your vehicle and warranty misled you as to what you should expect from other dealerships. As we understand the situation, the selling dealer should make right on their promises. Had we sold you the vehicle, we would be sure to meet your high expectations for customer service. However, they promised things that we cannot do because they would cost us time and money. As you understand, we want to make sure we are taking care of all of our customers and time spent on this issue would be an unnecessary drain of our resources. We advise you to return to this dealer and report your issues to them. Chrysler Corporation nor the government requires us to fix the things it appears the other dealership promised you. I am sorry they set your expectations so high - you can take that up with them. When in our dealership, we apologize for how you felt you were treated. Only after you raised your voice and became aggressive did I feel that I needed to defend our employees from your threats. If we had been able to continue our conversation any issue covered by the Chrysler Warranty could have been repaired at our facility.
