Came to my rescue the day after Christmas!!! The towing guy on Route 7 (jj from sunoco?) recommended that i bring my Jeep to you guys as he thought maybe something may have been under warranty vs dropping guy on Route 7 (jj from sunoco?) recommended that i bring my Jeep to you guys as he thought maybe something may have been under warranty vs dropping it off at any local garage. Ive always gone to a dealership with all the cars ive had in my life and i thought going to Jeep was a good idea. I was more than right. I drove there the day after Christmas to see the boys rolling my wrangler out of Park. (battery was dead and i apparently busted the bushing...) Was fixed that very day and i had her back before the sun went down. I will say that as impressive as i was to have a complimentary 23 point inspection was shocked to see my oil light go on the next day ;) no worries! I recently brought my jeep in to my normal dealership and they hit me with $1200 worth of 'other things i need done'. Would love to bring it by this dealership for them to give me their opinion &/or a better deal. I like to give business where people help me and it looks like i found a new dealership to work with when i need help. thanks to all who helped me that day!!! -g More

I came in February 1 to have the transmission fluid checked on my Jeep and also to a price on 4 new tires. Keith immediately brought my car in to serviced and checked the transmission fluid. At the same time the service man noted that power steering fluid was low and added new fluid. Keith gave me a price on the four new tires and recommended that I should change the transmission fluid. First time I came into the dealership was in regards to my car. I was asking to get it inspected, due to not liking some of the sounds it was making. Michelle took the time out to ask me many questions abo my car. I was asking to get it inspected, due to not liking some of the sounds it was making. I was ready to pay for my inspections but was told they didn't find anything wrong and wanted me to to swing by whenever it was giving me problems again. I was told I did not have to pay!!!! I came back 5 days later due to my low tire light being on despite me putting air in my tires. I was told it was a sensor problem was was covered under my warranty. I didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait long to get my car back. For someone who recently moved from Buffalo and is adjusting to a different environment, it was great to find such great assistance. Just wanted to say Thank You!!!!!!! More

I was actually a little disheartened going to the dealership because my new jeep wrangler already had 2 warning lights on and it had only been 5,000 miles since i had bought it in June.
