Customer Attentiveness I shopped 3 Subaru, even one in my town, and Garavel was far superior to the others in spending the time I needed every step of the way. From the get-go, on the phone, Miles convinced me to hike to Norwalk through the thoroughness of detail he was willing to go into, via phone, about the car and its' features. Time is valuable and he knew I wasn't nearby. Then he advised me on the accessories and helped me decide which ones were important and why. Then Tom knew his stuff and had a very attractive financing rate that was hard to refuse. Bryan was very upbeat, knowledgeable about his product, and efficient in his pick-up day procedures/checklist. Jason was also very welcoming. The dealership was clean and well stocked with drinks and good looking nibbles. At the other dealerships, it was more of an attitude, "get in line and place your order". Garavel got that this was a dramatic change of car type for someone with a newly empty nest and totally was with it on how car color is a big deal for some buyers. I love the car color (an earthy green); the push of a button to drop the middle seats; the Sirius radio included in my package; returning to a vehicle that drives like a car instead of like a truck; the middle row space, needed for big Costco and gardening store runs; and more to be discovered since I've had it less than a week! GARAVEL SUBARU OF NORWALK CT: HAS NO INTEGRITY I purchase a used car from Garavel Subaru of Norwalk on 8/22/2015. I had owned it for about 70 days, the warranty in CT was 60 days, and it was d I purchase a used car from Garavel Subaru of Norwalk on 8/22/2015. I had owned it for about 70 days, the warranty in CT was 60 days, and it was driven less than 1000 miles. On or around the 70th day the transmission went on the car. I contacted Gregg Catandella (service manager), and he told me he would look into it and get back to me. Gregg Catandella never called me back. So I went into the dealer a week later to speak to him (he was very rude and yelling at me). After yelling at me, he asked me to bring the car in to look at it. Several days later he called my wife yelling even though I gave him my cell phone. He was very rude to her, and told her it is no longer under warranty.
