Seamless & Easy Out of State Purchase I purchased a 2015 Outback in December 2014 (Basically via the Internet and Via Phone) with a Delivery in February 2015. I was very specific with my requirements and to add to the complexity this was an out of state (NY to CT) purchase and involved a trade in as well. This resulted in a rather high level of apprehension on my part but the team at Garavel (Joe W, Amanda & Nik K.) were great and the whole process was made nothing short of simple. I have bought many cars through the years both luxury and basis brands. Joe W. went out of his way to simplify the entire process and explained literally everything, this was followed up by no less that 3 calls to ensure I was happy and satisfied. All the information they told me over the phone about the 2-year-old car was not true. I spoke directly with the Sales manager to be sure that I got all the correct information before driving two hours to this place. The options they advertised through the phone were NOT what I saw after driving two hours. The dealership lied about the carfax incident reported for this car. I was told that there was a very small paint job done on the rear bumper. When I saw this car, it was very clear that it was NOT factory painted. I am sure it was a major accident and the car should be selling for much less. After I confronted the sales person about this he completely lost interest. I feel very sorry for people who will trust this dealership. You should really stay away from this place if you do not want to be taken advantage of. More

We hadn't planned on making a purchase that very day but ended up doing so and are very pleased we did. All the staff at Subaru so far have been nothing but cordial and pleasant and we hope this is the start of becoming a loyal Subaru owner for many years to come. He sat with me and discussed what was available and my options. Long story short, within 2 hours Jose Marin shopped around for financing and got me a great deal on a 2008 Lexus ES350. We bought our first Forester there 6 years ago and when we were in the market for a new car, back we went. They are friendly, have a great service department, and always have been good to us. Most important, they were able to get me the car I wanted at the best price I could find (and I got many quotes from other dealers). My salesperson, Trish, was very friendly and helpful and guided us through the process quickly and efficiently. I was able to take care of much of the negotiating and details by email or phone which saved me a great deal of time and I liked a lot. I would highly recommend going to Garavel if you are in the market for a Suburu. Ask for Trish More
