I had a wonderful experience at Garavel subaru, this past Friday! I came all the way up from Maryland to buy my car from Garavel subaru. Earlier in the week, Logan had been giving me the details on the Forr Friday! I came all the way up from Maryland to buy my car from Garavel subaru. Earlier in the week, Logan had been giving me the details on the Forrester that I purchased on Friday. John met me at the train station and drove me to the dealership. We test drove the Forester and I was in love with it! They had exactly the car that I had wanted and had been searching for over the last three weeks. John walked me through the paperwork and all the particularities involved in an out-of-state purchase. Everything went smoothly. No stress. I brought my 91 year-old father to Garavel Subaru to look for a used car to purchase this past week. We had called ahead and told them what we might be interested in. As we pulled up a salesman introduc look for a used car to purchase this past week. We had called ahead and told them what we might be interested in. As we pulled up a salesman introduced himself as Rafael Velez and greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and a handshake. Rafael showed us three cars we inquired about (already parked side-by-side) and proceeded to tell us about each. We were also approached by the owner Jeremy Garavel which too greeted us with a welcoming handshake. He told us that he wanted this to be an enjoyable experience for us. During this whole process, Jeremy and Rafael handled the challenges of dealing with a 91-year-old man (hard of hearing and slow to walk) with the utmost care. With Dad‘s perfect 900 credit score we ended up with a 2017 Subaru outback. The process was easy, enjoyable and flawless. We are so grateful to everyone involved.
