First Audi purchase and our first purchase from Garber Automotive. The entire team At Garber lead by Lidia went far beyond any luxury car dealer we have bought from in the past. From the moment we started shopping all four brands and this was during Covid. Lidia by far was the most engaging, help[ful, polite, and knowledgeable. The impressive thing was if she didn't know the answer she would immediately seek out the answer from a mechanic or other team member. She asked what we wanted the vehicle to do for us and showed us the vehicles that fit our needs not what was on the lot. To her getting us the correct vehicle and information was her top priority. The process thru Covid times was difficult as the car was to be made in Germany and sent to their showroom thru factory shut downs and the Christmas holiday Lidia kept us informed as to where the car was in the process. The arrival time was to occure while we were out of town which Lidia made it happen as if we were there seamlessly. They also had taken our trade-in before we left so we didn't have to pay three months of insurance on it while we were gone. Upon flying back in Mid-February they had a masked driver pick us up at the airport and transport us to the dealership where our car was waiting for us to take home. The tech Matt then was patient with us showing us all the touchscreens which is differnt from what we have had in the past and asked us to return or call and he would help us with any and all tech issues. Buying my second vehicle from a dealership here was a great experience here. Upon entering Lidia almost immediately offered a test drive in the RS5 I came to look at. I came back a second time to look at the other car, and was invited to return a third time to compare the two vehicles again. Lidia was very knowledgeable with the vehicles and made the decision a little easier for me. I cannot thank her enough for her patience while I was torn between the two cars and her assistance in the decision. At no point did I feel pressured to buy something I may not love, and she was very considerate of my time and decision making When it came to actually purchasing the vehicle, Lidia made the process seamless and easy. After driving off I felt happy with the service I received and the price I paid. Most importantly I love the car. I would like to also thank Max for his time and help with my decision. Three years ago I began my association with Garber's Audi division and by luck, was first assisted by Lidia. Coupled with some flexibility in addressing a trade-in issues with multiple vehicles from Ken was a formula for success. After purchasing what was probably the last of std transmission A4 (which was a requirement), the last line from the film Casablanca comes to mind: "I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship".
