This is more a review of the sales person I got stuck with. She was very rude and dismissive and did not really seem to care if she made a sale or not. It seemed to me that it was more important to get with. She was very rude and dismissive and did not really seem to care if she made a sale or not. It seemed to me that it was more important to get back inside and be with the other sales people. She acted like a high school girl and she was the popular kid and I was the nerd. Her name was Vanessa Martinez and she worked in the used car dept. I was ready to buy and told her that but that I had one more place to go and look but I really liked some of the cars she had and inless the next place was something really special I would be back in a couple of hours with a bank check ready to buy. She tried to get me to buy right then even after telling her I was going to look one more place because I wanted to get the best deal possible and I was being careful. She then told me that someone else was looking at the car I liked and if I wanted a chance at buying it I needed to do it now. She wanted to also run my credit which I did not need or want and told her so which seemed to annoy her that I would not let her do so. I again told her that I really like the truck I was looking at and it was probably the one but I was going to look at one other thing like I said. When I said this again and would not cave to her pressure she quickly became very uninterested in me and said she would be right back and went inside and never came back. So I left after waiting about 15 min for her to come back and then left. I made it to the place I was next checking out and found a different truck and went on to buy it on the spot. She could have had this sale but wanted to be pushy and rude and I don't appreciate that. She is the reason I did not buy a car from Garber Auto Mall in Green Cove Springs and I do not recommend her she is unprofessional and pushy and if you don't do what she wants she had a temper fit and leaves like a 5 year old. I think people should just avoid this place just in case they would get her as the sales person. More

The warranty that they promise is a total lie, the service department refuses to honor or even acknowledge recalls from the manufacturer and consistently refuses to work on warranty issues for a vehic service department refuses to honor or even acknowledge recalls from the manufacturer and consistently refuses to work on warranty issues for a vehicle purchased brand new from them just over a year ago. They go through service personnel every few months but a recent addition that they've had for about a year named Kat consistently tries to push out of pocket repairs that don't need repaired. I really used to trust their service department and would take my two vehicles there for everything but now I won't even trust them with an oil change. More recently the transmission went out on our 2020 and had to be replaced only to have issues with the braking sensor a few months later; each time we were told that a rental car would be provided and now suddenly we have a $300 bill from Enterprise. Don't buy here and don't get your car serviced here either, they've hired too many dishonest employees. More

Set an appointment to have the first service on my 2020 GMC Sierra for the scheduled oil change and because the transmission at 10k miles is shuttering and losing power. I used the online service scheduler GMC Sierra for the scheduled oil change and because the transmission at 10k miles is shuttering and losing power. I used the online service scheduler to make the appointment through the GMC app. I selected Kimberly and a loaner car. When I arrived I was asked who I was their to see, I said Kimberly .. and was pointed to her office... I was greeted by her with "can I help you"..." yes I have a appointment with for service".... She said "no you don't I don't see customers"... oh.. well then who do I need to see ... she said "him" and pointed to someone else. When I sat down the advisor promptly assisted and helped i went through everything and he said let me check on a loaner... after 45 mins he came to me and said they only have 4 loaners and none are available... You are the largest domestic dealer in America and you have 4 cars for loaners .. when you have recalls like crazy? I said no worries and said I would wait... after almost 1hr and 10mins .. they came and said they have no mechanic that can look at the transmission and that I would need to reschedule for another day. So now I have sat here for close to 1:45 mins for them to not even finish the service appointment and would like for me to take another day of time for them... $60k dollar truck .. $2 service business. Their poor business model is the customers inconvenience. More
