Of course, we wanted to look at the type of vehicle I had in mind, a small SUV. Zach Swarthout came out & greeted my husband & I, asked what we were interested in, and took us to meet Susan Soltsys. She suggested we go outside to see which models were available since we were interested in the 2017 models. Susan was very friendly & knowledgeable. We ended up taking a test drive in a 2017 Buick Encore, & I believe I was "hooked" before we got back to the dealership! Susan also was very helpful in explaining the many features of the vehicle, as well as helping us set up the On Star account. Mike Stringer and Zach Swarthout were also very helpful in working with us on the trade in of my old vehicle. Long story short, I drove the pretty red Buick Encore home that evening! More
