Exceptional customer service I am an out of state purchaser and was in search of a fully loaded recent model of Chrysler 300. I located a 2015 Platinum model at Garber Chrysler t I am an out of state purchaser and was in search of a fully loaded recent model of Chrysler 300. I located a 2015 Platinum model at Garber Chrysler through the internet. Chris Redburn answered my inquiry call and he was thorough with the description of the vehicle and its condition. He was honest and truthful. This convinced me to fly out to Saginaw MI to see and purchase the vehicle. Chris was exceptionally helpful. He picked me up from the airport on a flight from Chicago that arrived after 7:00 PM. He dropped me off at my hotel for the night and was kind enough to let me know that he will pick me up from the hotel in the morning at my convenience. Next morning, he was prompt to pick me up. He showed me the car and took care of all the paper work. I chose to add an extra key fob and protection treatment. He arranged for these to be done quickly. I also added an extended warranty on the car. Chris was there every step of the way to expedite and facilitate the entire process. There was no financing involved, yet, I had the opportunity to meet the sales and finance managers who were friendly and professional. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their products and were very courteous. This was an exceptionally enjoyable used car buying experience and Chris went out of his way to make this happen. Mike was friendly and straight forward from the start. He didn't try to pressure the sale. Even though I live 90 miles away, I still went to Mike because he would answer all my questions. When I made the decision to buy, he laid out all the terms plainly and there were no surprises. As far as the truck goes, Chevy was quoting me payments $60-$100 more a month for an extended cab and I would have been a returning lessee. The Ram is a Crew Cab and handles much better. In short Mike got me more truck for less. More

Great Car Buying Experience In the past, most of our vehicle purchases were handled through the seller versus through a dealership, or we were looking for a specific vehicle, so In the past, most of our vehicle purchases were handled through the seller versus through a dealership, or we were looking for a specific vehicle, so we weren't prepared for the process of searching for a vehicle. We dropped into this dealership to test drive a specific vehicle on the lot and ended up (many days later) purchasing a Nissan Murano. During the process Alex went above and beyond to educate us about the types of vehicles that we might be interested in, the features of those we test drove and helped us narrow it down to the one we chose. We were able to take the car overnight to test drive the normal route and make us comfortable with the purchase. He stayed after hours on more than one occasion, assuring us that it was fine, to finish up financing on a Friday and get us into the vehicle. I can't give enough examples of how smooth they made the process of buying this vehicle for people new to the dealership experience. Thank you! More
