After two weeks of going to different dealers around mid-Michigan, we identified a couple cars we liked on the Garber Pre-Owned website. We called Garber and got Craig Laferriere. He had the cars ready to look at when we arrived and went out of his way to give us the opportunities to see all aspects of the different models we investigated. In fact, after driving one car more than once (the one we ended up buying), Craig put the purchase into motion and stayed well past closing to help us get the paperwork done. He and Jeff (finance manager) were great! The paperwork did not get completed before the banks closed, but they let us take the car home - all the way to Alma - overnight and we completed everything the next day. The best thing about Craig and Jeff were that they were there to answer questions, make smart suggestions and were not afraid to put in some experience-based wisdom when necessary. But, LOW-PRESSURE. And, they just felt like people we would hang out with! I highly recommend Craig and Jeff and the team at Garber Pre-Owned lot. Even if you don't end up buying from them, you will learn a lot and have fun. More
