Will never go there again! I bought a new Cadillac from Garcia two years ago and was never anything but annoyed and unhappy from the first week. The car did not operate as promised (infotainment issues)..NEVER worked as promised. The service department is the worst! They treat customers like they are idiots. I was so annoyed that I ended up getting rid of my new car and taking a huge loss on it just so I would NEVER have to set foot on their property again. I had complained about the service department before my last two visits and the new general manger responded to me and promised to fix the issues..unfortunately this was not the case. More

Forgotten in the waiting room for three hours. First time experience for an oil change with Garcia cadillac was unpleasant! Left for three hours in the waiting room. Friendly, non pressured visit with pre-owned salesmen Jim an I am a retired teacher and was looking at used cars for my son and his wife....Jim was helpful and let me sit in a number of cars to see how my 6'3" I am a retired teacher and was looking at used cars for my son and his wife....Jim was helpful and let me sit in a number of cars to see how my 6'3" 240lb son might feel about different makes of cars... So I got to adjust the seats and get a feel for the roominess that would work....He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different makes of cars, and he did not put a lot of pressure on me like many salespeople do sometimes....He was very accomodating and drove me around the dealership in a golf cart since Garcia dealership is huge with a big inventory. I also enjoyed meeting Sammy who I talked to in his office there for a while...While reading the price stickers, I also noticed something great, that is the used car warranty Garcia's offers is longer and allows for more coverage than other delearships I have visited that just offer the standard New Mexico required return policy... So, all in all, I enjoyed my visit there and learned a lot about which cars will accomadate larger people! More
