I had reservation about purchasing another vehicle from Garcia because of several bad experiences with the service department. When I stopped by the dealership, I met Jake Hermann. I told him I was interes Garcia because of several bad experiences with the service department. When I stopped by the dealership, I met Jake Hermann. I told him I was interested in an XT4 and shared my concerns about the service department. He apologized and said if I had any issues in the future to give him a call and he would handle it personally. Jake was a joy to work with. I ended up buying an XT4 from him. My only complaint is that I was disappointed with the value of my trade in. Edmunds and other sites were giving me $3-$4K more than what I received. More
