I was not ready for a car but needed one because my car was totaled in an accident. I was grumpy about having to replace my old car, but the folks at Garcia Honda were friendly and knowledgeable, and help was totaled in an accident. Before visiting Garcia Honda we looked at two other brands, both owned by a behemoth dealer of the western US. I was surprised to see cliché slimy car salesman behavior at both of these other dealersh brands, both owned by a behemoth dealer of the western US. I was surprised to see cliché slimy car salesman behavior at both of these other dealerships. Gary at Garcia Honda was the complete opposite. We did not feel like we were being pressured into anything and he was open and up front about the whole process of selecting and purchasing a vehicle. Gary was also very knowledgeable about what he is selling. One would expect this from a salesman, but that was surprisingly not the case at other dealerships. Although I did not set out to purchase from a Garcia dealership, this is the second time I have done so. More
