We experienced great customer service and everyone worked very hard to get us the best deal possible and into something we felt comfortable with. Ron wanted us to be happy with our purchase and wasn't going to stop until he had done so. The team effort from all involved was extremely impressive and we couldn't be happier with the decision we made. The Garcia Honda team offered quality work and we would recommend this as the place to go in order to experience overall customer satisfaction. Thank you. More
Alan was very professional and the service was done quickly. I am glad you are open on Saturdays for service. It would be very difficult with my schedule to make it over to your service department if y quickly. I am glad you are open on Saturdays for service. I got my car serviced yesterday. Employees were helpful, efficient and I was in and out in a shorter time than I thought. They took care of everything I asked and I got a free carwash too:) efficient and I was in and out in a shorter time than I thought. In an intital internet conversation for a new civic, I received this response from the owner's brother: "thank you for your response. being that you work for wells fargo im assuming that you have received this response from the owner's brother: "thank you for your response. being that you work for wells fargo im assuming that you have done the math and you are aware that you trying to purchase the vehicle well below dealer cost and that is why you have not found a dealer willing to "let you take a civic off their hands" at your terms. the pheonix area is extremely competitive and im sure that you will find a vehicle in your area without having to travel to NM. regards, toby Toby Garcia New Mexico’s #1 Volume Honda Dealer New Mexico’s Only 9 Time Honda Presidents Award Winner Phone: (505) 260-5115 8301 Lomas Blvd NE (Two Blocks West of Wyoming)" VERY GLAD I DID NOT DO BUSINESS ANY FURTHER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP More

THe circumstances were a little strange in that Carlos Garcia had the car delivered to me at Infiniti for a test drive and I bought it. No looking or sales pitch involved. Garcia had the car delivered to me at Infiniti for a test drive and I bought it. No looking or sales pitch involved. More
I was helping my younger sister shop for a new car because my father is a tax accountant and in the middle of tax season where he is working at least 80 hours every week. We went into Garcia Honda to because my father is a tax accountant and in the middle of tax season where he is working at least 80 hours every week. We went into Garcia Honda to look at the 2013 accords. We found a car we wanted and negotiated a very reasonable price (We were told we were getting this price because we knew people in the service department). After my sister had a family discussion with my father she went in with him the next business day with 10k to put down on the car, which hadn't even hit the lot yet. There they were told that the price of the car had gone up by about $1,000! It was rediculous. After they said that they were not going to purchase it if they change the price at the last minute, they kept playing the "wait em out game" with my fathers valuable time and wouldn't give them a new offer. They said they would fax another offer the next day which they never did. I then went online and went to Costco's Auto program. I entered my information and within 30 minutes was given a no haggle price that was LESS than the original price we had negotiated. Needless to say we bought from somewhere besides Garcia Honda. What really made me upset is since I gave my contact information to Garcia Honda "Toby" Garcia started to email me and after I told him what happened, he started to argue and belittle me through email. It was completely unacceptable. I can't suggest enough for you not to go to Garcia Honda. More
I appreciated the exceptional friendliness of everyone at Garcia Honda. The atmosphere is welcoming and didn't feel like a service dept. at all. The waiting room was comfortable and reminded me of a doctor's Garcia Honda. The atmosphere is welcoming and didn't feel like a service dept. at all. The waiting room was comfortable and reminded me of a doctor's office! However, the price of my oil change was prohibitive. As much as I would like to return, I won't be able to- the cost of $57 is just too much for an oil change. I was not prepared for the expense. As much as I'd like to become a regular customer, I am unable to do so. Desiree Woodland More
