Brian Ostler (and his team) is the main reason we buy our vehicles at Garcia and have them serviced there. Very helpful. I had brought my car in previously for a part that was recalled. They found no problems at that time, but it eventually went. Extremely rude salesperson Toby Garcia. Was negotiating a Honda Accord. Refused to negotiate the price. Made fun of us with another associate. Please do yourself a favor and buy a Toyota instead. We experienced great customer service and everyone worked very hard to get us the best deal possible and into something we felt comfortable with.
