I had previously leased an HRV from Garcia Honda, and now I am currently leasing a Civic from them as well..A few days ago, I went into the Dealership after work, and I spoke with Cary Carr, and while he was I am currently leasing a Civic from them as well..A few days ago, I went into the Dealership after work, and I spoke with Cary Carr, and while he was somewhat helpful, both him and Mike(Manager) completely ignored me after I left.. Mike was supposed to get back with me the next day regarding getting me into a 2023 Civic, but I literally heard Crickets…I then emailed Cary Carr to follow up twice, and got crickets there as well…Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! More

We’d read reviews and if we’re honest had a little hesitation but from the moment we showed up Gary met us and began to take care of us. It late and cold after a day of traveling around New Mexico and hesitation but from the moment we showed up Gary met us and began to take care of us. It late and cold after a day of traveling around New Mexico and trying to find the right car but he was patient and answered our questions as we looked into options of Honda Civics. This was a big purchase for my wife and I and we didn’t want to rush it and ended up waiting for two more days to make the purchase. In that time Gary was patient and not forceful with us, he answered questions, understood what we were looking for and worked with us to make it happen instead of pushing anything we weren’t interested in. He kept us up to date with information and we had an incredible buying experience and would gladly work with him again. The manager Mike also took time to sit with us as we asked financing questions as we asked details about the car and comparing it to prices we were seeing online. More

Michael McKinnon, told me and my wife that Garcia Honda absolutely does not take any outside financing because we camr in pre-approved for a vehicle, my wife asked him if they used any of the local banks a absolutely does not take any outside financing because we camr in pre-approved for a vehicle, my wife asked him if they used any of the local banks and he said yes they have relationships with local banks but he would not take our check from Navy federal credit union and it located right down the street, he would not let us buy a vehicle unless we financed it the way he wanted us to and walked away very rude. I have proof of this conversation. He is a liar and a very unpleasant person and should not be in charge of anything pertaining to customer service. More

Do not recommend this dealership. Bought a 100 month battery from Garcia Honda. At 36 months it stopped holding a charge. I called to ask about a replacement, guess what ? Instead was told there isn't a warranty because they didn't install it. Walmart, AutoZone, Oriellys, all honor the battery warranty. Disappointing that a long time Albuquerque company would behave in such a poor manner. Truly no longer has good values or operates with integrity. Headed back to driving Toyotas. More
